Meet Maureen Grady

I have a great passion for life and for meeting and working with people. I offer highly motivated, prompt and professional service with the needs of your family in mind. I understand that you are very busy people and offer full-service support that you can trust.

I have a University education and I am continually involved in courses and seminars in order to remain current with the issues affecting the real estate profession. I am a member of the Canadian and Ontario Real Estate Associations and the Ottawa Real Estate Board. Now in my 18th year in the industry, I believe that Relationships are more important than transactions. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each sale. Instead of disappearing after the closing, you can expect me to keep in touch. I will send you valuable information and will check in from time to time to see if you need anything. You can rely on my list of professionals whether you need legal, financial or home reno/maintenance advice!

In 2016, I decided to make a change in order to offer my listing clients even better exposure than before. I made the decision to join Re/Max Absolute Realty Inc., a dynamic and growing group of cooperative and very successful professionals. The spirit of team work is very apparent in the office as we work together to match up buyers and sellers. Recognized by the home buying and selling public for its red, white and blue hot air balloon logo, RE/MAX has been the No. 1 residential real estate network in Canada since 1987 and is a leading industry force in the United States and internationally.

On a personal level, I have been living in Ottawa and the surrounding area for over 30 years. I have been living and raising my family in the  Russell area for the past 26 years. My family and I recently purchased a Hobby Farm. When not at work, we enjoy our busy home full of rescue animals, a little orchard, our veggie garden, laying hens and our Honey Bees.

As a long-time resident of the National Capital Region, I am very well acquainted with the local market as well as the amenities it has to offer to potential buyers. I am actively involved in our community with a large network of contacts and have sold homes all over Eastern Ontario – from Hawkesbury to Perth!

As a concerned member of the community, I proudly sponsor and contribute to charity fundraisers and events as well as school recognition/award programs and amateur sports. I am also very proud to designate all my listings as “Miracle Homes” by donating a portion of every commission to the Children's Miracle Network to benefit CHEO.
